Summit GeoStructures, is a shotcrete construction company located in Lindon, UT

We work in the Salt Lake City area as well as surrounding States

We are looking for Shotcrete/Concrete Laborers to work on a variety of construction projects.

Work is full time starting as soon as January of 2022

 Shotcrete/Concrete Laborer: Construct formwork, tie rebar, prep for shotcrete installation, shoot and finish shotcrete/concrete, and cleanup. 

Requirements

  • Applicants will work on a wide variety of shotcrete and concrete projects

  • Job is full time and year-round

  • Hours- 7:00 am to 5 pm – Monday through Friday 5 days per week, and some Saturdays

  • Must be 20 years or older

  • Must be able to carry/lift 50 lbs.

  • Shotcrete/concrete or rebar experience is a benefit but not required

  • Must have a social security card and a valid driver’s license

  • Workboots and pants are required.  Summit GeoStructures will supply hard hats, vests, and safety gear.

  • Immediate termination for fighting, drugs, and skipping work

  • Employees are expected and responsible to get to work on time and complete work as directed by the supervisor.  

Compensation

  • Up to $20 Hourly Base + Overtime after 40 hour week.  Payday is every 2 weeks

  • Additional Rate per hr. for demonstrated shotcrete, concrete, or rebar experience.

  • Must speak English or Spanish

  • Transportation to job sites and airport transport will be provided by the company crew truck

  • Arrival travel booked by company advancing funds to the employee and to be deducted from first four pay periods. Travel reimbursement is available after 4 months of qualifying employment.

  • Housing in the Salt Lake City area will not exceed $375 per person per month, including utilities (no tv or internet).  Housing is not set up for dependents.  If interested in housing with dependents please contact us. 

  • Housing will be provided in the Salt Lake City area for a local project.  If an employee is asked to work on a project outside of this area hotel or shared house will be provided at no cost.

  • Bring: at least $200 for the first 2 weeks for food and necessities to get you established
