Housekeeper ($14/hour plus tips) - Become part of our incredible housekeeping team, combining team-based work with 5 months of adventure in a truly unique location! Housekeepers average 40 hours a week based on 6 days of work. Experience desirable, but not necessary.

Dish Station Operator ($13/hour) - Dish Station Operators are valued members of our kitchen team because they are absolutely essential for a smooth-running kitchen and restaurant during breakfast and dinner services.  Operators average 40 hours a week based on a 6-day work schedule. Experience desirable, but not necessary.

All candidates must be able to communicate in English and must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

R/T flight fare will be provided for an employee who works the entire season.

 The Island Inn is a historic seasonal hotel (since 1907) on beautiful Monhegan Island - Most of Monhegan Island is preserved as a conservation area with 12 miles of hiking trails around the highest headlands cliffs on the East Coast and endless rocky coves.  The Island Inn has 32 guest rooms.  In addition, the hotel operates an in-house 60 seat fine-dining restaurant and a free-standing café, the Barnacle.
