2nd Shift Table Assist
Job Description:
Starting at $17.50 an hour. This position is responsible to give breaks to fellow operators in the Table, Scale, and Tower positions along with sanitation duties.
Responsibilities:
Assist the table operator with pushing and shoveling cheese.
Take pallets of cheese from the tower room to the warm room.
Check the chemical strength and adjust as needed for the small cop tank.
Maintain the proper ppm on the central sanitizing system and insure that the system has chemicals which is located in the receiving lane.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid forklift license.
Assist Sanitation Supervisor with cleanup as assigned.
Must be able to climb the ladder of cheese towers (must not be afraid of heights).
Assist with table and tower set up.
Clean inside of brine pit weekly.
Scrub garbage cans weekly.
Clean pH meter area, door by electrical room, scale, and sink on a daily basis.
Operate towers, scale, and cheese tables and assist with any other duties as assigned by Sanitation Supervisor.
Must keep soap dispensers and hand towels filled by sinks, keep chemicals used for foot foamer filled, triple rinse chemical barrels and return to the warehouse and bring chemicals over as needed.
Communicate with Table Operator, Scale Person, Maintenance, and Supervisor.
Complete documentation as assigned by Sanitation Supervisor.
Maintain a neat and orderly production area.
Cleaning elbows as needed, switching elbows for CIP of towers (as directed by the Sanitation Supervisor).
Follow all safety and GMP rules.
Other duties as assigned.

2nd Shift Packaging Technician
Job Description:
This position is responsible for the process of handling, packaging, and cleaning up cheese in a production facility. The position would be required to follow good manufacturing practices and safety rules.
Responsibilities:
Operation of Towers.
Operation of Scale.
Maintain appearance of tower and scale areas during production (floors free of cheese, etc).
Communicate with Table Operator, Scale Person, Maintenance, and Supervisor.
Complete documentation associated with the tower and scale process.
Maintain a neat and orderly production area.
Cleaning equipment as needed for towers.
Maintain a supply of cardboard sleeves, slip sheets, and label/paperwork for scale.
Other duties as assigned.

Job Description:
This position will be flexible between working general jobs on the production floor.
Responsibilities:
Hours and lengths of shifts can vary between 8 - 10 hours
Responsible for the process of handling, packaging, and cleaning up cheese in a production facility.
Must be able to work with 40-50 pound blocks of cheese.
Work with equipment and machinery to assemble, operate, and take down.
This person will also be working with chemicals and sanitation.
All areas require candidates to be able to walk, bend, and stand for the duration of the shift.

Maintenance Technician
Job Description:
The maintenance department is responsible for ensuring all equipment and systems within the Pollock facility are performing properly and efficiently; performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment, including mechanical and electrical components. The Maintenance Technician contributes to meeting this objective through individual and team efforts. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems and equipment, and repairing mechanical and electrical failures. Assists with utility tracking for the plant. Supports the Plant Team in the achievement of Plant objectives, including production efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Calibration, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment
Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
Maintain facility utility systems: boilers, ammonia system, and air compressors
Operate, and perform general maintenance
Perform non-certified welding as required
Read and interpret assembly drawings and blueprints
Use specific knowledge of motor load centers, power distribution systems, and motor/electrical controls
Perform daily and weekly housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment, equipment, and tools.
Follow company safety rules and use appropriate PPE and safety gear provided
Knowledge of working with and around low-voltage wiring
Basic experience with Allen Bradley products
Basic PLC knowledge with IT computer skills a plus

Requirements:

Sanitation Technician
Job Description:
The Sanitation Technician is responsible for the sanitation process throughout the cheese plant.
Responsibilities:
Perform all work safely according to company standards (use of lockout/tagout when required).
Monitor the operation of the cheese tables and assist with finishing production if needed.
Maintain the appearance of the cheese table area (floors free of cheese, etc).
Must inspect all equipment to make sure it is clean and free of cheese.
Maintain and complete Master Sanitation schedules.
Communicate any unsafe condition immediately.
Maintain a neat and orderly production area, including floors, walls, pipes, CIP tanks and etc.
