Coral Cotto Negrón

Coral Cotto Negrón, MS Ph.D., is a product strategist dedicated to helping organizations excel in agile product leadership, optimize product operations, uncover product-market fit, and elevate the quality and speed of technology delivery. Coral's approach centers around creating technologies that put people first, are performance-driven, and seamlessly align with business objectives.  She has an impressive track record of building high-performing product teams and successful technologies. She brings over a decade of expertise in product management across diverse sectors, including health, education, and digital marketing. Beyond corporate experience, Coral has academic and research experience in public health, epidemiology, human behavior, and health systems, enriching her perspective and contributions, and grounding her work in real-world needs.

As the CEO of CTTO.tech, Coral leads the charge of providing organizations with top-tier product leadership support, focusing on foundational product strategy and product management operations, including consumer and user experience research, strategic planning, and product design. Coral's experience extends across sectors, company sizes, and geographical regions, including the United States, Puerto Rico, and Latin America. She has contributed to notable organizations in the health-tech sector, including Kannact Health and Abarca Health, as well as leading product teams in digital marketing, working with well-recognized brands. Steven Feliciano Rivera

Steven Feliciano is originally from Manatí. In 2012, he co-founded Hunger Corp, a nonprofit organization focused on asset-based community development in Puerto Rico. In addition, he’s led social aid projects in Colombia, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, and Iraq.

Steven is dedicated to achieving social, educational, and economic development in the island's most underserved communities of fast-growing cities. His team mobilizes thousands of volunteers to Puerto Rico into service projects like house construction, legal advocacy, public school rehabilitation, and launching small social enterprises.

Feliciano serves as the Executive Director of Hunger Corp and partners in hospitality and property development for-profit businesses. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayagüez and certifications in Project Management and Small Business Development (UPRM). He’s married, has a 3-year-old boy, and one on the way.


 

Mariangie Rosas

Mariangie Rosas is the founder and CEO of co.co.haus, a trailblazing coworking space in Santurce, Puerto Rico. With a background in architecture from Cornell University and professional experience in New York City and Mexico City, Mariangie returned to Puerto Rico to contribute to its entrepreneurial ecosystem by launching her first start-up. Her journey as an entrepreneur started with a culinary tech startup, which highlighted the need for coworking spaces in San Juan, leading to the creation of co.co.haus in April 2017. 

Today, co.co.haus houses over 300 members, multiple workspaces, and studios for audiovisual production. In 2022, co.co.haus was awarded the Best in Business Award from Inc. Magazine for its collaboration on providing group health insurance to freelancers and individual entrepreneurs.  

As a steadfast supporter of local businesses and freelancers, she aims to boost Puerto Rico’s social and economic growth by offering new opportunities and connections. Recognized for her contributions, Mariangie serves on several nonprofit boards, advocating for the improvement of Puerto Rico.


 

Jose V. Jimenez

Jose Victor Jimenez is a Management and Program Analyst with the Office of Urban Agriculture and Innovative Production (OUAIP). His pronouns are He/Him/His. Jose holds a bachelor’s in psychology, a master’s in social work, and currently is seeking a Doctorate in Business Administration. He currently works remotely from his home in Toa Baja, Puerto Rico.

Jose has been a USDA employee for over 6 years working in the administration and management divisions. Jose brings a passion for working with communities and helping to decrease hurdles and challenges in the federal grants administration. His professional goals include providing excellent customer service, providing a strategic approach to developing solutions for underserved communities, and helping achieve the overall department and agency’s mission and objectives.

Hobbies include singing and caring for his dog-children. Tasked with the Office of Urban Agriculture as an Assistant Grants Coordinator leading the Urban Agriculture and Innovative Production competitive grants program.
