Our friends at The Census Bureau and partners are thrilled to invite you to The Opportunity Project (TOP) Summit 2023, a third-annual innovation conference showcasing technology built with open data, government innovation, cross-sector collaboration, and federal-community partnership.

Like our most recent two events, TOP Summit 2023 will include three half-days of keynotes, lightning talks, product demos, live community reaction discussions, and more. This year, we’re focused on building community and featuring those who have contributed to TOP year after year, making this network of thousands feel like a small and close-knit community. We’ll also offer new personalized experiences to grow your networks and make sessions more actionable and relevant to you. If you’re new to TOP this year, we can’t wait for you to join, and if you’re a long-time community member, we hope you’ll find this year’s TOP Summit more relevant than ever.

This year’s sessions will include:

• Keynote speakers from federal agencies and civil society

• Lightning talks and reaction panels featuring more than 35 new technology products created through TOP sprints this year, led by 11 federal agencies, three Puerto Rican government agencies, and two nonprofits – including the results of TOP Puerto Rico

• Launch of The Opportunity Project Collective and re-launch of the TOPx Toolkit for Federal agencies – both helping to scale TOP across government and make it more customizable and accessible than ever

• Hands-on learning and small group discussion sessions
